I have had my packages left hanging out of the mail box in the rain, uncovered and not protected. I have also had some mail that needed a signature to receive but how can I get it? I have a job and they are only open from 8 to 3 (7 hours) and they take an hour for lunch! Even if I could somehow manage to get there during my lunch break, they are not around. The only way I can pick up my mail from them during the week is to take time off of work.
This post office needs to get a wake up call. Their customer service dedication to their jobs is horrible.
They are ok. Sometimes there is a guy in there that can be VERY rude, but usually they are pretty good at what they do.

They're supposed to be open from 12:30pm to 3:00pm, but they're almost never there when they're supposed to be. Does someone just leave for lunch and never come back? It's closed anytime I go after 11:30.
